SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. During times of high order volumes, orders may take up to 7 business days to be processed. An email notification will be sent out upon shipment and the third party shipping carrier will then be responsible for shipped orders. If an order arrives damaged, please send an e-mail with photos to sales@glowvillage.com to proceed with a possible replacement. If an order is marked "lost" or unreceived but marked "delivered", please file a claim with the third party carrier as Glow Village will not be responsible for replacing lost/stolen packages.
